Silicone Rubber Wire

Arcor Electronics is proud to offer all types of industrial electric wire and cable to be used in high voltage or high temperature applications, including silicone rubber wire. Silicone rubber is exceptionally resistant to heat, ozone, moisture, and chemicals, and it also resists hardening or cracking under severe weather conditions.

Wire and Cable Availability

Our braidless silicone wire is rated at 150 degrees Celsius and is considered a very flexible wire. We offer gauge sizes 22 AWG through 2 AWG, and in 10KV, 15KV, 20KV, 25KV, 30KV, and 40KV. They are available with stranded tinned copper conductors, but we also offer other conductor options on a special order basis, including:

• Solid or stranded conductor
• Silver plated copper conductor
• Nickel plated copper conductor
• Pure nickel conductor
